Step 1:
Contact Cypress Villages and we'll help you start planning.
Step 2:
Apply for financing (see links below for Cypress Villages financial partners).
Step 3:
Choose a Home Plan.
Step 4:
Choose a Lot.
Step 5:
Select any upgrade options that interest you.
Step 6:
Finalize and sign construction contract with WCC.
Step 7:
Complete Financing.
Step 8:
Sit back while we build your home!
Step 9:
Final closing on your new home.
Step 10:
Move in!
