Step 3: Choose a Home Plan.

Step 4: Choose a Lot.

Step 5: Select any upgrade options that interest you.

Step 6: Finalize and sign construction contract with LGDC.

Step 7: Complete Financing.

Step 8: Sit-back while we build your home!

Step 9: Final closing on your new home.

Step 10: Move in!
